The Elder Rights Group™ is fiercely committed to alerting seniors about financial predators—particularly those in positions of trust including professionals like attorneys, realtors, financial advisors, and even family members—who abuse their trust to strip away the hard-earned assets of those they’re supposed to protect.
We seniors are losing billions in assets to scammers who prey on our vulnerabilities and trust. These criminals are lurking around every corner on the internet and our phones through texts and calls. One scam, called 'Pig Butchering,' involves criminals building trust with their victims online over time, only to convince them to hand over large sums of money or assets before betraying them.
No senior should ever be 'pig butchered' by a trusted fiduciary. The last people we should fall victim to are those who take an oath to protect us and act in our best interests, screened and licensed by the states,

What is a Fiduciary?
Fiduciaries are often "white collar professionals" entrusted with essential responsibilities, such as representing and advising you (examples: lawyers, realtors, certified financial planners), managing finances, or making decisions on your behalf.
They HAVE A LEGAL DUTY to put your best interests and protection above their own 100% of the time. They can harm you if they put their interests above yours (for example, putting their fees or commissions ahead of your needs or your best interests).
